Sorry for posting like 3 (?) times today, but... Since my next show I'm doing is Alice in Wonderland, I was looking up costumes. Here are my favorites:     Seriously, if I get cast as Teh Hatter, Queen, Alice, or Cat, those are the costumes I'd want to wear. LOL. They would not let me wear those, though, because they're too "sexy" for a children's theatre. Unless...unless I say, "Don't worry about it! I'll buy my own costume!" Twilight post for glacier2501
I have read all of the Twilight books even though I hate them. I bought all of them so I kinda felt obligated. I really tried to like it, but I couldn't. Most of my friends (and my mom) are obsessed with it. I hate Bella and Edward, the two main characters. They are Mary Sue and Gary Stu. They are both boring. Bella is whiny and unbelievable. She's extremely melodramatic. All she does is complain and "grimace" (the authors favorite word). Bella doesn't have any other goals in her life except to be with Ed. Edward is overcontrolling and just bosses Bella around. The characters are pretty one-dimensional. I love Jacob Black, though; I will say that. One thing that annoys me about the books is that every other sentence is a description of Edward and how hot he is. We get it already. You don't have to mention it over and over and over. I also find it weird that Bella is described as being average (maybe even plain) and there's nothing too great about her, and yet there's tons of boys that love her. Riiiight. Bella should've at least thought over is she wanted to be a vampire or not. It's unrealistic. She needs at least SOME doubt. She's too sure. Would you be as sure if you were thinking about being a vampire? An immortal creature of bloodlust? And I also have a feeling that Bella is a self-insert of the author. |

Movies, Movies
Saw two movies today with my friend. Juno and 27 dresses. I loved both of them so much. Juno is very witty, and the main character is just so quirky. 27 dresses is a "chick flik" and I found it hard to understand the main character because I never want to get married (I guess Im more like the guy in the movie...) but I still loved it because it was so cute and I think anyone who liked "The Devil Wears Prada," which I also love, would like this movie too. |
